Suzanne Barker, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, smiling in a warm, natural-light portrait.

I hold a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science from Texas A&M University, and over the years I've worked across nearly every corner of nutrition — health and wellness coaching, clinical nutrition, teaching at the university level, and a private practice in pediatric nutrition with a focus on special needs. I spent 11 years as a clinical laboratory educator, and for the past several years I've worked as part of a clinical functional nutrition team, deepening my expertise in lab-based, root-cause care.

But credentials only tell part of the story. My deepest passion is helping people heal — not just physically, but as whole people. That's what led me to complete a PhD in counseling: I wanted to understand not just what's happening in someone's body, but how to truly support them through it. It's this combination — root-cause lab science and genuine, whole-person care — that shapes how I work with every client, especially the women I support through miscarriage and fertility challenges.

Outside of Work

Usually somewhere outdoors.

I have a lifetime love of cycling, and my husband Michael and I travel the world together cycling and mountain biking. When we're not on two wheels, we're camping, hiking, or spending time with our amazing children and grandchildren.

I'm a native Texan, through and through, and still call this beautiful state home.
